ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m the owner of Colorado Cloud Accounts, where for the past eight years I’ve been helping both individuals and small business owners simplify their accounting and approach their taxes with confidence and strategy. I am a licensed EA, but also actively pursuing the Certified Real Estate Tax Strategist designation. I'll not only prepare your returns and help resolve IRS letters, but I also believe in forward-looking accounting- year-round tax planning and advisory services.
Another of my key areas of focus is entity selection and optimization. I work closely with business owners to evaluate and structure their entities for the best possible tax outcome—whether that means forming a new entity or transitioning from a Schedule C or partnership to an S corporation. By taking a strategic approach to entity design, I help clients align their business structure with their long-term goals.
Above all, I work for my clients—not the IRS. I’m on their side- helping them to understand their numbers and stay compliant, while taking advantage of legitimate opportunities.
For areas outside my direct expertise, such as complex investment planning or specialized financial strategies, I partner with a network of trusted back-office professionals. These collaborators help implement strategies seamlessly, ensuring my clients receive a comprehensive, family office experience.
